These are from The Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park in Colorado. This canyon was awesome! Pictures were difficult to get because of it's size... it was narrow and deep!

That's Karr standing on the edge of the canyon...

At this point, that cliff-face is 2000 feet above the bottom!

The Uncompahgre Plateau.

These are from the Uncompahgre Plateau in western Colorado. Oct. '10.

This is on the windy road to the top of the plateau. Click on this picture for the bigger view... and look towards the right of red rocks. There is an American Flag there!

Kind of fuzzy, but it was so far away. This is from our campsite on the plateau. Western Colorado is beautiful!

As we were driving on the plateau, we saw a ton of aspen trees. They were all bursting with color!

That is the La Sal Mountain range. It's right inbetween Utah and Colorado. In fact, on the other side of these mountains lies Moab, UT!

These were taken at The Gates of Lodore in Dinosaur National Monument. We were in the Northwestern Colorado part. This place was super cool!

Time for more!

Antelope Fire. Taken Summer '10 in Sept, I think.

Close up of the Antelope Fire. Look at the orange at the bottom of the smoke. Is that fire?!

Taken on our last day at Grant Village. Oct '10.
